Furthermore, we strive to ship all orders 24 hours (or less) after order is confirmed. Due to the popularity of the items we’re selling, depending on where have we shipped your item from and/or depending on your shipping address your items might take 3-5 weeks to arrive.

WE PROVIDE TRACKING ON ALL ORDERS. So, please do not panic if it does not show up at your doorstep quickly, your items is on its way.

How do I return or exchange an item I purchased from you?

We are sorry to see that you’re having troubles with your order. We strive to provide the best possible shopping experience.

You shipped the wrong item(s) in my order!

We are very sorry. we get very large volume of sales due to the popularity of our products but we try to do our best to ship all orders accurately and on time! Please use the contact us form and we will do everything possible to make it right for you.

Please MAKE SURE to mention your order number & purchase date…etc  Also please note that we might require that you send us a pic of our error so we can verify your claim and/or get in touch with you to correct it.

Can you refund shipping costs on a free item(s)?

No. The shipping & handling costs of any free item(s) are non-refundable once order is placed.

However, to be eligible for a return/exchange (in case of damaged goods), your item(s) must be returned to us unused & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
